Agauemore, Capital county of Asebe'ia Thunar and one of the larger counties, also the seat of power for the boss lady. Being the Capital comes with some advantages with regards to building up the County. The County offers certain benefits and support for guilds and business that settle within its borders.
Furthermore, the County is welcoming all Wards, providing infrastructure for those without a family to settle and to feel welcome in the community. Being the House of the Duchess, the country strives for the same goal, building up a friendly community where everyone feels home, regardless the lenght of stay. Indeed, opportunities will arise elsewhere and the County will support relocating as part of an initiative of the Duchess, to assure there is diversity throughout the Duchy.

We want to provide a County where you can play your game the way you like, within the setting of the Kingdom, with respect for others who will do the same. Governance will be - as far as IG mechanics allow - set up in a way to minimalise the burden on the player, no micromanagement or a big brother watching your every move.
The political structure is an autocratic County where, in principle, the Countess has the final say. Though we will provide different channels for vassals and subjects to voice their opinions and advice.
The Countess will have a small council consisting of advisors. Those counsellors will have a specific role, but the nature of their roles may vary over time. Typical the small council consists of the Countess plus the Treasurer and the Marshall, both elected by the Countess and a representative of each settlement and organisation/guild - if one wishes to join, it is no obligation - within the County.
Representatives are expected to hold an Assembly when the need arises, to discuss problems with vassals and members. At the small Council, they bring forward those problems their settlement or organisation has been faced with and that can't be solved independently. At the Small Council they might ask for support from the Countess and other settlements to deal with the situation. Collective resolutions will, when possible, be worked out by the small Council and voted on during their meetings.
Asebina: One of the bigger cities in the Duchy and the place where it all happens, Capital City of the Duchy and seat of the Dukes.
As a Capital, the city is on a fast track when it comes to development and expansion to become one of the main hubs for business, professionals and organisations. Several private funded projects are in the making towards those plans.
